The Peripheral Nervous System (PNS) Neurological disorder and Peripheral Nerve Hyperexcitability (PNH) syndrome called Cramp Fasciculation Syndrome (CFS) describes a physical impairment usually described as uncontrollable "twitching" called fasciculation, as well as cramping, pain, muscle tightness, fatigue, exercise intolerance, and paresthesias (sometimes described as the feeling of pins-and-needles, numbness, shooting pains, or other sensations).
